Do I need existing plans to get started?
No. Share what you have: ideas, sketches, photos, or existing drawings. We can discuss what information is needed and help you understand the next steps.
Do I need engineering plans?
This depends on the scope. The general rule is that if you move or replace walls or fixtures, you will need engineering.
What happens after the plans are submitted?
We address corrections from the city’s plan review and coordinate with your preferred contractor as your project moves toward construction. Review requirements and timing depend on the project and jurisdiction.
Can I book consulting without drafting services?
Yes. Consulting is available even if you do not select FKJ for the drafting. It is a useful starting point if you are unsure how to approach a project.
